Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchange only in the following cases.
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges(Size or Product Issue)
Since our products are made to order, we generally offer exchange for :
- Size issues (please refer to size chart carefully )
- Change of mind
- Minor colour variations due to screen differences.
Refund Process
If your return is approves:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after approval
In some cases, we may offer. a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for :

Return Shipping
If the return is due to defect or incorrect product, Meowverse will cover the return shipping.
If a return is approved for any other reason (exceptional cases), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
