Q. Are your products ready to ship?
All Meowverse products are made to order. Once you Plcae your order, we begin production to ensure quality.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Order are proccessed within 2-4 business days.
Delivery usually takes:
- 3-5 business days ( metro cities)
- 4-7 business days (other locations in India)
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Q. How do I choose the right size?
A. We recommend checking the size chart available on each product page befor placing your order.
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept return for incorrect size selection.
Q. DO you offer return or exchange?
A. We accept return or exchanges only if
- the product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes, We do offer free shipping on orders above ₹999
Shipping charges apply to order below this amount and are calculated at checkout.
Q. Is my payment secure?
A. Yes. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.
Q.Can I cancel my order?
A.Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.Once production begins, cancellations are not possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
